Bangolbit Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Becoming a Member

General Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Bangolbit platform and all its services. By registering on Bangolbit or continuing to use the site, you are considered to have voluntarily accepted these terms.

Account Management

• Proof of identity and address must be submitted before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals exceeding BDT 10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

Any account with no activity for more than 12 months will be declared inactive. Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200, though your balance will never fall below zero.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Bangolbit supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• At least one deposit must have been made before you can make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the specified turnover requirements have been met.
• Delays may occur due to bank holidays or technical issues — please contact support if this happens.

Bonuses & Promotions

• Accepting a bonus is entirely optional — you can play without claiming any bonus.
• If the turnover requirements are not met after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The bonus balance must be used before placing bets with bonus funds.
• Bonus validity typically ranges from 7 to 30 days, depending on the specific offer.

Turnover refers to the total amount you need to wager, calculated by multiplying your bonus by a set multiplier. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x turnover requirement means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets — across any eligible game, within the specified period.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on Bangolbit are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator). No person or system can predetermine the result of any game.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game, generally ranging from ৳10 to ৳100.
• Maximum bet limits vary depending on your VIP tier.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, it will be settled in accordance with the standard rules.
• Odds in Sports Betting may change before confirmation.
• In live betting, no bets will be accepted after an event has ended.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bangolbit. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another family member's account.
• Using any strategy to manipulate the bonus system.
• Using hacking tools, bots, or automated software to play games.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Coercing or deceiving others into participating in games.

Bangolbit reserves the right to immediately suspend an account for investigation upon detection of suspicious activity.

Responsible Gaming

Bangolbit firmly believes that gaming should be a source of entertainment. If any member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, the following tools are available:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders showing how long you've been playing.

Go to your account settings to activate these tools, or contact support for assistance. Once self-exclusion is enabled, it cannot be cancelled before the designated period ends.

Any disputes related to these terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will proceed to international arbitration.
